- Deposits are refundable for advance bookings until 7 days before scheduled tour.
- Deposits are non refundable for tours booked within 7 days.
- No refunds for no-shows under ANY circumstances.
- Balance must be paid in full prior to departure.
- Balance accepted in Cash or Paypal ONLY
- Paypal payments subject to 5% processing fee and 12% local tax.
- To reschedule your tour contact us below. (We will do our best to accommodate)
- If Ocean Whisper Water Tours Adventure cancels due to weather, guests will be allowed to reschedule.
